Ariki Lodge's guest facilities are beautifully appointed. The bedrooms have quality linen, fresh flowers, toiletries and hairdryers. All rooms have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.  The three guest rooms have ensuite, tiled bathrooms. The lodge is spacious and comfortable.  Two rooms can be configured as twin.

Lake Rotorua is the largest lake in the district and is open for fishing all year round. We are a few metres from the Ngongotaha trout stream. A short stroll along the beach will take you to the Waiteti trout stream and famous fly fishing spots. Lake Rotorua regularly produces quality brown and rainbow trout, often exceeding 3 kilograms.  We can also arrange boat fishing.

As a special treat the Volcanic Air Float plane will pick up guests from the beach at the bottom of our garden.  Volcanic Air offer stunning flights to Mt Tarawera, the active volcano of White Island, and the always popular City Flight. There are many other flight options and personal charters can easily be arranged.
