Smoking is not permitted indoors
but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Booking confirmation. We require
credit card details to confirm a reservation. As our courtesy to you we do
not take any advance payment.
Cancellation Policy: Any
cancellation within 4 days will incur a cancellation fee of one night's
accommodation. (This will be refunded if the room is filled)
